Kamala Harris, who has also declared herself the president-elect and is due to be inaugurated in a few days, similarly declared the 28th amendment to be law of the land. Making it formal, via tweet. No no no no.
The constitution can be altered. That’s why amendments exist. That’s why they’re called amendments.
I’m talking about the idea that some legs of the constitution are off limits in the view of certain populaces, and vice versa.
The idea that the constitution is this “über alles” document is just insane. Especially if you’re cherry picking which portions of it are gospel.
