I want the character in that picture (name is Mechanic Baird) to be on the right side of the sig, with the text, "Policy" on the left side of the sig, near the middle vertically. Don't make the font cursive, just something bold, doesn't have to be too fancy. For the background, something with the colors white / black / orange / red, anything to really bring out the blue name. Can be a mixture of colors too.

For the avatar, just something simple like the character's head, or top half. Doesn't have to have text in it.

The character in the stock picture is named "Mechanic Baird", if that picture is too low quality. But I want that position of the character. Let me know!

sooo , got inspired by this after seeing SHAD0W's sig and avatar ...

the face of diablo should look a lil more straight? if possible , if impossible it can stay as

Color: I love bright, colorful colors. For example, in Snoop's gallery, the 19th picture down on the right (the bubbles with green, blue, orange, etc). I adore that signature because of the color and effects.

It's completely full of color and joy.

I understand this stock photo may be difficult to work with because of it's dimensions. All of her is not required, but I do want her dress in the signature, preferably to the bottom of her elbow is where I could deal with it being chopped off.
