This was an attempt sig I made for someone. But I ended up liking it instead and wanting to use it. Not sure what its sized at as far as the total Kb. Or how to Adjust. Just wanting to make sure its within the Acceptance of the rules. I saved it in Ps as gif. Still learning signature creation Ps. Not a pro by any means. Responses will be very helpful thanks.

You can reduce size by lowering quality.,lighting of image.
Reducing frames,size like doing a 350x150 resizing it.
Or even use a gif reducing size available online for free
