Your gif is over 5mb in size. reducing it to 70kb is practically impossible without cutting and drastically losing quality. I would suggest looking for something else

Wanted to post to let you know I also made several attempts at this, but it is much too large to be compatible for d2jsp sizes - sorry!
Best I could accomplish was 300x120 pixels and around 200kb and the quality was unbearable - and still too large for the site
