your signature as an image is just fine.
You will need to remove the dead spaces underneath the image itself as you only allowed to have 3 lines with an image ( or 6 without an image ), and yes, empty lines count as a line too.
On top of that you have a problem with your avatar so I fixed it for you :

yeah so im gettting reported again for this sig and i had it resized recently bout a week and a half ago.. just wondering if i someone will resize this to the point that its under the 70 kb size requirement.
