can try a diff language you might not be a OOP person. your brain might click with more of a procedural language. that's what i did, although my main language is crystal lang, but i use it more in a procedural way. my brain doesn't work with OOP and functional languages
and if adhd is really stopping you from learning and achieving life goals, you gotta take that up with a dr and get something to help. you can't live like that. wish you the best
edit: although you can use python procedurally (but just saying in the context of you learning it by an OOP guide or something)
