So Henry is out for season 4 (season 3 will air summerr 2023) and Liam Hemsworth will be replacing him for season 4. Henry is back as superman after black adam.

I already could barely stand the show, skipping like 70% of the scenes and only watching for Cavil, but now it's not even worth checking out.

A lot of it probably has to do with their writing. Cavil himself was a Witcher fan.

Yeah so I have to think this has to be a huge overpay for the Superman films or Cavill didn’t like the direction the show was going with the new script.

He was pretty big on doing things the correct way.

At this point they should just cut their losses and scrap it. He was the entire show. Maybe get back into it down the line when he's done with the DCEU.

Cavill carried this show hard and argued for a faithful adaptation, there's no reason to have it now, considering the writing team botched it so hard.

Never cared about this show with or without Henry tbf. He's nothing special just cause he's got an absolute insane physique.

Jaskier/dandelion carried the show. I can't stand the Triss casting. I want a red head with double d's literally pick any that remotely resembles also Yennefer was trash. Tbh idc who plays Gerald I would of been happy with any sensible choice

Meh maybe not trash but I didnt find her interesting.

Also I heard the writers and some production crew disliked books and games. LOL. No wonder Cavil quit imagine working on a show and people openly trying to rewrite it. It will be another rings if power case where the writers wanted to insert their message and change the source material to their feelings.

I thought cavil casting was odd at first since there were others who looked the part better, but because he is a big fan you can see him really trying and represent Geralt down to the iconic grunts. That is why I watched the show. If they just replace any pretty face and deviate from source material I have nor the time or interest
