Hi,
I am noticing that I can't progress my account because nobody wants to join my heist crew for Prison break If we have to do the prep work that also requires 4 players, and the next few after that probably.
I'm in the TGG discord group for Xbox and have made a few friends through there, I had like two questions other than asking if anyone is down.

1. Can I complete this Heist mission by joining another hosts mission, or do I have to host this heist for it to count as Lester's mission?
2. Is there any way to play my XBOX GTA 5 online account on my pc through the steam client?

Kind of like how you can play your D2R account through any platform?
I figure there will be more players on PC than XBOX, and maybe I can more easily switch lobbies after everyone/most people decline to join.
