Is anybody here suffering from Covid-19 or side effects of its vaccines resulting in brain fog? How do you fight it?

I even don't know COV may cause this

It does sadly. Long term effects are intense. Anyone can survive it with the right measures taken but what happens with the body from inside especially the nerves etc. is horrible.

I've had brain fog from keto. It's no joke, especially if long term.

Maybe everything going on involving covid/politics is leading to depression/lack of motivation, pick up a new hobby

something about s protein affecting the blood brain barrier, i didnt bother to look much at the study cause it was only in vitro, but i do know a lot of people who claim they are "forgetting things" and "have zero focus" after having either corona or the vaccine, so it might not only be in vitro

then again as krr said, population is depressed and that might be the cause, or at least adding to it

Thanks for the answer. Any suggestions to improve memory without drugs like modafinil or ritalin? The damage from sars on the memory is severe sadly.

i cant remember right now which strains specifically help with memory, but you should check them out the brand is called host defense (ah i did remember it was lions mane i just had to double check)
