1. Death Hood Armet rolled only +58 to Life (10-60).
   
2. Bramble Visor Bone Visage rolled a measly +195% Enhanced Defense (101-200) and +39 to Life (31-40).
   
3. Fist of the Heavens (Paladin Only) staffmod skill bonus differs between Order Spell Seraph Rod and Order Spell Mighty Scepter while the other staffmod skill bonuses and affixes are identical, all at (near) maximum stat values.
   
4. Bitter Badge Vortex Shield rolled petty 65/106 from auto prefix (51-65/101-121) and +197% Enhanced Defense (101-200). It would have been wicked cool with All Resistances +35.
   

Fortunately, every rare item on display in the OP is Ethereal (Cannot be Repaired) and every item on display in the OP is additionally Socketed (2).
Also, peach Jewel with 30/60/9/9 maximum stat values is commonly known to drop left and right (from Normal Baal).

For your next topic we naturally expect you to up your game - and so we anticipate the following:

1. Crafted items each with only maximum stat values on each of 4 desired, high-end affixes (in addition to maximum stat values on modifiers granted by recipe).
   
2. Rare items with only maximum stat values, except on c.
   
3. Order Spell Caduceus supplying +1 to Fist of the Heavens (Paladin Only), reverse socket order ('OhmLo') for top 1 badass style and otherwise matching the two scepters featured in the OP.
