Yes it is but i played a bit more with it.
I Did apply image on the top layer and gave it a diffrent layer style.
And some more minor, but not much.

You're style doesnt work out much for me, lol. thanks for the tut though.

when i try to change my brush i can only check off the first box all the others are locked

You sure you tried change it with the smudge tool selected?
