It's restrained trading. The exchanging of an item is indeed a trade. If I give you an item while being returned one, that in fact is a trade.

You guys hace been proven wrong on the trading aspect, stop fighting it. If D3 doesn't hace trade than neither does D2 or any game that requires exchanges.
