like... mf per map completed in a row? That would be soooo cool for end of climbs and would actually make exploring low level have a purpose! Plus it could solve the low rate of decent items dropping all at once!

Explore Chain -> +1 for every new space explored without going back to town... ??? Hmmm.

Combat is going very well. Regular back and forth seems to work well, weapons, charms, etc. No abilities (mob or player), or drops. That went a bit smoother than I thought it would! Died a few times now to monsters to test it out and have killed many mobs in retribution.

Has this been in the game already or are you throwing that suggestion out? Because it sounds great.

If that was already in the code, maybe a little buff :D

As a newer player without godly gear this would make later lvls very difficult for us since we have to go to town often. Would make soloing useless for us at higher lvls imo

While rewriting the stats on equipment. Maybe think about masteries and ways to fix them
Having fire mastery on a lightning charm is pointless. A way to fix this would be to do “Element mastery” and have it work for all element charms. Or limit masteries to their type of charm

I would really love some kind of mechanism that would add some bonus (smaller than +1ML for every step ofc :D ) for more exploring without anyone going town (like the old MCC).

Nothing would be more difficult, since staying in catacombs is only optional in this scenario. There used to be the "Monster Chain Counter" back in the old ls days arena where you could get bonus exp/ML if you kept killing monsters quickly without towning in between to regen. So the better you got, the bigger your chains, the bigger your bonus

So your saying every game should give you end game goals right away because your new. Unless I missed it, he didn’t say it changed anything from how soloing is now just adds something?
