Reaper's has good leech as well, the problem with it is the cold damage shattering corpses. Dropping Crown of Thieves on a Gold finding barbarian makes little sense. Crown of thieves also has leech on it anyways.

Ebotd works well as a weapon, I really like Eth bonehews with Lems for even more goldfind.

Leap is without a doubt the best skill a goldfind barbarian can use to stay alive during trav, and to see that people would even argue against it is pretty surprising.

My barbs merc uses Andy's with a 15ias30fire resist jewel, eth boneweave fortitude and reapers with 40ed +7Max jewel, and he copes fine most of the time. When he does get in trouble though, I switch to najs and tele out to give him a breather as it were. Being adept at feeding full rejuves via shift + potion number is useful too.

Taurean is still learning most of the basics, don't judge him too harshly.

Alternatively if you don't enjoy leaping, the best defense is a good offense. Just kill the whole council in 10 seconds with ww, before your merc can sustain serious damage

If you kill very quickly, the only thing that the merc dies to is conviction aura. Lifesteal from BotD or Andys is more than enough to sustain though the hydras once you're merc is level 90+

Ofc its the easier Way to kill yourself with 2x grief in 30 sec but that not the point in my runs. Believe me i did tons of goldfind barb with many builds and i know how it works.

I am Looking for build what bring perfect balance between gold found and 3min game time. I kill travi and meph Council in 3 min bringing 800k-1.4mill every run, im not joking. There are many runs when i Cant handle whole gold from travi becouse character is full. Dont need 30sec runs with 200-500k gold per run becouse realm down Will come quickly. That why i am searching for improvements for merc becouse that the only issue what happens and this build is reliable on merc
Using 2x grief = 900extea gold less and i Cant afford that.

Thats why you only hork the bodies with dual lem sword on swap

prefer killing them with lemed swords too, much more gold

According to your above math it takes you 6 times as long to do it and the grief player has already maxed out their gold in the time it took you to clear it once
