what is good mf ?

you want to get as close to the point before you start sacrificing damage for mf, which is normally about 300% or so.

both are gud mmkay

Depends on play style and what you're looking for. As a goldfind barb I can smack on 500% or even 1000% and it would not matter, since my merc does the killing.
