I was googling the other day and found a pretty kick ass one on JSP here, but lost it cause I had the browser in incognito mode

When I googled it, someone had it linked to them via an "ISO pally guide thread" of course not everyone is as altruistic, as you are a fine example.

Unfortunately google is not being so generous with jsp hits when I went to look for it again -- would be great if this sub-section had a search button.

I read the guide and it seems pretty outdated ...

There's a ton of good information on it but it's more like a smite FAQ - in terms of building for ubers, there's a ton of suboptimal suggestions in there.

1. Highlords is a terrible amulet for an uber smiter - it's +1 skills and 35 lite res on an ammy - gets beaten by a +2 skills magic ammy.
2. About 90% of the elemental damage in ubertris is fire. You do not need the AR or absorb from ravenfrost - it is much more efficient to socket a cham rune into your guillaume's face or HoZ and boost smite damage with BKs
3. In my opinion, the only amulet you should ever use in ubers is the Rising Sun - this essentially makes you completely immortal in ubertris since the rate of absorb healing is greater than the amount of damage you take. This frees up both your glove slot (since you don't need dracs for lifetap, as well as your dwarf star ring slot) - replace with a second BK's and a pair of steelrends (60%ed / 10%cb)
4. In the same way, Tgods is completely unnecessary - just use a crafted OW belt.
5. My ideal (non-ladder setup) would get crushing blow as follows: 35 (Guillaumes) + 25 (Goblin Toe) + 10 (Steelrends) + 20 (Grief of Destruction) = 90% with a fort armor.
6. In terms of resists and survivability, you want at least 3k hp after self-BO - 4k would make you completely safe. If you skill conviction aura up to 21, you can use it to kill meph before switching to fanaticism for baal and diablo - alternatively you can fill your invent with @resist charms. - Your aim is 75 lightning, 75 cold, 40 fire (no more) and poison res doesn't matter. (25 cold if you drink thawing pots)
