qotf pathfinder is really good for ele kb/barrage, you get amazing move/clearspeed, you have 100% uptime on potions and single target damage is actually more than decent

also you can scale it really well with high budget (+2 barrage helmet, legacy vinktars and mirrored wand if you're on standard)

aaand it's one of the best builds to use HH on :) with all that stupid clearspeed

if I followed this PF build, but went 6L KB and 4L barrage, is it as viable? I'm not as worried about single target, if it means my KB would be less efficient.
