Ok, I'll bite...
You want a pdagger nec w/ treachery + 3pc trangs. Venom synergizes extremely well with pdagger because its large spike damage (typically applied over a fraction of a second) is instead applied to the ENTIRE duration of pdagger which is much longer. The usual weapon is blackbogs. Fleshripper is also decent for phys damage oriented-build esp if paired with other CB gear. Fury FK is decent too. I've seen some creative ideas here...for example, using a chance to flee dagger to send the monster back into the pack where he dies and opens an opportunity to cast CE..
If you don't want dagger, your best bet is a rare feral axe or similar 2hander w/ insane mods + fools. You put 20pts in DV and 1 pt amp. Blind the screen and amp only the mobs you want to engage. Note also that longer ranged weapons can swing over bonewalls.
If you want to go the CTC route, search for Master Zappy's bone bear guide. Synergized BS from Oath or Bonehew could work too. Synergized pnova can work in odd ways... E.g. w/ Andy's visage you can literally kill the screen by standing in a fire to proc L15 Novas...
