Anyone knows if service pack 2 or 3 is better?

Try both, see what one works best for you, service pack 2 should do it. However, you shouldn't need to use this feature with recent updates.

Iirc, it was service pack 2 that people used to use but again as I said above, with recent updates you should not need to do this.

Are you having issue's with the game?

Sounds like a latency (Ping) issue. Honestly not much we can do about that, can try running in window mode to improve your fps or possibly contact your isp to confirm it's not a problem on their end.

Edit: Let me now.

Neither. Windows XP is also very unsupported. If you're on Windows 8.1 OR 10 (7 hit EoL back in 2015; as such I don't support it) use This guide.

Compatibility settings do not need to be touched unless you're on Windows 8.1. To set admin privileges for Windows 10, hold down shift and right click the shortcut. Click on Properties, then within the new window, click on Shortcut->Advanced->Run as Administrator. Click on Apply, then OK to exit out of settings & you're good to go.

IF YOU ARE EDITING THE DIRECT EXE: Compatibility->CHANGE SETTINGS FOR ALL USERS (important!)-> Run this program[me] as an Administrator. Click on OK twice and you're good to go.
