Looks like he’s doing a Java though.

Like the others said, Treachery is great (more speed = more damage). Peace is also good as you’d gain +1 skills vs Silks.

lol egg on my face! I saw budget zon, then pcrown, and just went for it.

@op i like peace armor. cheap strong valk is a nice addition.

use tauren's build. this is the one out of 100 situations where it's valid. a cheap ladder pure bowa.

something like eaglehorn, kiras, LoH, razortail, etc.

lol

TaureAn. And there you see everyone. I was right all along. Atma + Good damage ITD bow (Eaglehorn) + Strafe + Razortail (100% Pierce) = You will do good in Hell. + Um'd Kira's for massive resists for HC, and SC unless you want to be one shotted by anything.

Treachery can work, but mostly for the IAS and cold resist. Fade should not be triggered unless you proc it by fire. You should not be tanking hits, and wasting time procing fade takes 2 quadrillion years. If you want a good defensive option, Prudence is much better.

This is what I'd aim for - Ravenfrost is the most expensive piece (for cbf) but the rest is dirt cheap and you will have all the basics: 10 frame throw, 19 MAEK, Decent +Skills

Helm: 2 Amazon / 2 Socket Diadem + 3 MAEK Jewels
Amulet: 2 Amazon / Stats Ammy
Armor: Treachery
Weapon: Titans
Shield: Lidless Wall + 3 MAEK Jewel
Ring: Ravenfrost
Ring: Stat/leech ring
Boots: Silkweave
Belt: Razortail
Gloves: 3/20 (shop for about an hour)

This will destroy any bowa in pvm guaranteed.

Regarding armor, Skulders/Tals/Wealth/4xPtopaz will help you more than anything suggested so far IMO. If you care about finding items, youre doing yourself a major disservice by not getting that 100-150% mf sweetspot prior to diminishing returns. Resist depends on where you run, but even really nasty places like Baal, all you need is 75LR and rest 0% to be safe. Easily done w some 11% charms + ort rune somewhere

Google "fishyzon" for a good example of what a budget build looks like

Killing more monsters per hour safely > 100% mf
Even arkaine's valor helps more than skullders

This may be true for a char going from 300->400mf because the incremental benefit is only 17% more unique rolls.

It is false for a char going from zero to 100mf because the incremental benefit is 71% more unique rolls. An extra ias bp and +1 skill will not make up that difference.

Treachery gives ias, venom, cold resist and when fade is active it gives reduced curse duration, 15% dr and some all resist
travs+gheeds+a handful of mf charms is plenty and having the reduced curse duration for chaos and baal is ridiculously good.

Also nobody cares about unique rolls. The items you WANT to mf are all rare/magic/socketed/runes and sometimes gems

Fair enough. Let's just say it depends what you're after. Op is running with zero mf atm. He is in need of the exact basic gear that you mention ... 70% increased odds for a shako or gheeds or whatever for the cost of a self found 4os armor is the fastest way there (barring credit cards)
