Can someone tell me how to look up PayPal transactions that are more than 3 years old. From my experience PayPal only lets users retrieve transactions for up to three years to date and nothing older. Does anyone know how to access these older transactions? Thanks!

Hi SYPHERD,

When you login on Paypal, click the "View All" link under your "Recent Activity".

Then, it will bring you to this page:

Then click on the "Past 30 days" button, and you can enter whatever date you wish

You could try your email, dependent on your email retention...

Looks like it might be a possible bug. But I don't use PayPal that often so others might know how, but even some users on their community forum say that solution doesn't work. Hmm.
