Hey, noob here.

Are there any tornado like skills? Couldn't find anything in the wiki but I could swear a boss I was fighting used something similar.

Have you tried blowing into the cartage?

However, you have to keep up the blades every now and then. Not like Druid's Hurricane though but pretty close :(. However, it's still pretty fun and a lot easier than before (they changed it in the recent update)

edit: Oops you said tornado like skills? Not that i'm aware of sorry

edit2: There are some monsters that have a tornado skill very similar to the Druid's. Except it's not available as a skill gem in-game yet (no idea why)

blade vortex and vaal blade vortex are the closest you'll get
