This move is a "win/win" situation for Brooklyn.
Since Dwight is an expiring contract on a massive $23.5 Million, it opens up enough cap space in 2019-2020 for the Nets to be able to add two max contracts next off-season.
With that said, Dwight had a really good season this year and looked better than he has in quite a while. I had him on my fantasy team this season so I followed him closely, and he was a huge for me lol. He didn't miss a single game all season either.
