Buy a new router. 99% it's a hardware issue with the current device.
Do some research and buy one that fits your needs and your current service. No point buying a router that can do 100Gbs if you're only getting 50Mbs.

If you can get a free router from your provider that's better. Also hardwiring is way better than wifi, especially for games.

Though an isp's all in one modem/router is usually trash vs a dedicated router.
