Hmm j4s ability is unique in that it almost always goes off and doesn't require a real dash ability to activate it.

Graves ult, will probably stop the dash i think.

As I recall, it won't stop abilities passing through it. Just can't cast in it, and it will cancel channels that are started then its cast on them.
So if j4 is in the goo he can't e, q.

/e and graves ult wouldn't be able to be used. Just like cait can't net in it.
