st es int base howa op af
u can spam over 2500 int with that buget and its fun to play :D

i'm playing a ST CI HOWA in STD and it's not broken at all...yeah it's broken versus trash mobs (instant kill entire screen of T16 mobs), but versus boss...it's meh...cannon glass build even with 11k ES...and you can forget doing uber elder with that build.
