I been playing for maybe 2 weeks, how do people level fast in this game. Do they just play the content or what?

Basically. Just continue the storyline / quests. Make it to end-game (Kitava in A10), then start doing maps. You'l start finding map drops l8er on. Can also use pathofexile.com/trade to find em for very cheap
