There is no list of the most common -> rarest item
It depends a lot. YOu could make a few lists.

List from the most common -> rarest item on their best-to-find spots with a certain mf count

List from the most common -> rarest item in a certain spot, e.g. Hell Baal, with a certain mf count
So, there is no list, but everyone can tell you what the rarest item in this game is if you ask. As far as i know (Still not quite sure :D) it is Tyraels Might and 2nd is Zod Rune. But there is no 'most common', well, except for Pelta Lunata maybe... Gratz on that btw Lii! Now I can't make jokes anymore about that
