If you are using there is never a real reason to not exalt if you can afford the loss exalt and an upgrade is more than exalt. but it looks like you are trying to do for profit. But for weapons and especially for phys weapons you do not want to exalt prefixes.

Not worth it. It's not a great 2h axe to exalt. Its not even a leveling item because its lvl 60. Better save the exalt for something else or buy a better 2h axe.
