Some use either. Really depends on the momentum of play style if I recall. Maybe with high shocked # the esh was better

You can easily get 95% chance to hit with deadeye now and no accuracy on gear.

Also yes you can kill up to 50+ monsters in four seconds with kb and really there doesnt seem to be a cutoff point with it other than the four seconds.

Kb can hit enemies, after the same enemies evade the hit
