It doesn't need to be a long lasting change and csb about my "attitude" I need to lose a good amount of weight for personal reasons by August..if I gain it back after that good for me it doesn't affect you at all..simply looking for a way I can lose it

i went from 240 to 195 within 5 months with just purely fixing my portion size and proper dieting
make sure you wake up early, sleep at the proper time, eat your 3-4 meals with real portions, not the american marketing portion size

i lost like 15 lbs doing nothing but cutting out most carbs. i'd eat fruit, sweet potatoes, and occasionally drink coconut water.

everything else was bacon, cheese, chicken legs/thighs/wings cooked in coconut oil, vegetables cooked in coconut oil/butter, steak, fish etc.

wasn't even doing it for weight loss

Sounds like a keto diet. Very low carbs and high fat

people on keto don't usually eat bananas and sweet potatoes every day
