I added A LOT of size to my arms by throwing in 2 sets of biceps and 2 sets of triceps work at the end of every workout.

Burned out after about 1.5 months so i had to stop doig it, but i kept the size with me

I meant 2 exercises* each

6 sets total per muscle, 8-12 reps per set

I’m about to make this my arm focused routine:

Push legs
Pull
Push, legs with dls instead of squat
Pull
Push legs
Pull
Rest

Strength focused push legs days
Hypertrophy focused pull days
