So the only requirement I am seeing for Haste is the regular level requirement... But I have it attached to skills and it is greyed out and says [not enough life] and cant be used. Anyone know the 'life requirement' for this, or why it isnt working?

do you have it linked with blood magic? usually it'll reserve 50% of mana

Yes its linked with blood magic

check the mana multiplier on BM. its high.

Build says to use them together. I took BM off and now haste works...

Am I missing something? im a noob, bare with me

you're not supposed to run haste

you run hatred/herald of ice on mana and pop VAAL haste when needed

blasphemy - blood magic - random curse is used ONLY FOR PROCCING ADRENALINE, you turn it on, then turn it off immediately

guide says vaal haste, vaal gems now give the regular skill so select vaal haste on your skillbar

your auras should be hatred and a herald. blood magic + blasphemy curse is to proc the ascendancy buff adrenaline (turn it off and on then regen your life)
