Every time I take creatine I've been getting jittery, anxious and get a "bad vibe" gut feeling after my work-outs. I like the energy it gives me during my workout but this post-workout feeling is so bad. I'm not sure if it's relevant but it's the same feeling as when I drink coffee or red bull.

I only take 1 serving of 5 before a workout.

Am I the only one getting this? Is there a way to get this energy boost without symptoms? Any other products you recommend?

Are you taking it alone? Or is it a pre workout?

I think you mean 5gr or a full scoop that comes with it?

If so, take less. I took 2gr for a long period of time and felt like I had the same results and energy increase.

Standard advice will be to drink enough water throughout the day, but you probably know this.

At least you're not having liver problems like this guy at my gym who only takes creatine :)

There was a study about the effectiveness of creatine at lower dosages while negating the water retention.

Aube posted it sometime back, can't find it
