How about nice +2 amulets? Does char level affect the drop at meph/dia etc or only mf% or fk state?

they can only drop at dia
char lvl doesnt matter, monster lvl does.
thats why meph can only drop +1
only monster in classic with +2 amus is diablo hell

From what I know andy nm cannot drop sojs sadly

i think andariel hell drops good, nm can drop too but never mfed her since the rares are better in hell if u ask me.

diablo norm is first monster that can drop soj, so andariel nm can drop it too.

Normal diablo ilvl = 40
Andy nm ilvl = 37
Soj ilvl = 39

So no you won't find any soj on andy nm but yes on diablo normal is possible

This is for lod, it's different in classic. Just search it on google

Andy NM can't drop soj, but +2 mLvl around are able to do it ... still very low chance since they fall under the common monster drop rate.
