With so much cold res on the shield, there's not much point in holding on to these:



I kept a whole bunch of 10-11 single res scs in stash for just this occasion. After a bit of shuffling around, these are my stats, although I might want to switch in another light res charm, since my max LR is 80



Essentially I'm trading 139 life for 35 dr (putting me @49% dr when combined with SoE) as well as some damage added to kicks.

I still have a bit too much strength/dex, so I could easily win back that HP with a respec, Mara's or some 5@ scs. I don't want to respec yet though, since I like my Mephisto map and I'll probably do another 100 runs before rerolling

I tried them out for a couple of runs. I'm losing 20 ias, 9 cb, some mf and some fire resist, but when Life Tap procs, survivability goes through the roof, especially for my merc it seems.

Most importantly though, the loss of 20 ias means I lose 1 frame off the initial kick and 1 frame off trap laying speed, so it's a little slower. When I get a Spirit on switch, my BoS will be level 5, enough to maintain 8/3 frame initial/followup kick speed, and 10 frame trap laying speed.

In my endgame setup, once I find Cat's Eye (or Highlords, but I'd prefer the FRW) I'll hit 9 frame trap speed and max (7/3) kick speed even without the ias for gloves. Long story short: Draculs goes in the stash for now

I'm thinking about running Pits for a monarch, make Spirit, and then switch to Andariel. She has much better odds of dropping Highlords/Cats Eye, and her odds of dropping Vampire Gaze are essentially the same as Meph if I remember correctly. Thoughts?

I think I'd swap that Highlord's I found earlier for one of your Shakos

Depends on your run speed. If you can get a good roll on Catacombs map it would be a good start, but without tele I generally find her a pain in the ass to run quickly, especially if/when you get boss packs spawn in front of the doors.

Wow, solid gear for single-player. The Ummed Stormshield is rather sexy.
