Clearly not against any law, and Trump is privy to the information as the head of the executive branch. The DOJ reports up the executive branch, these aren't institutions unto themselves.

No point posting in 10,000 post plus threads. Shit just gets lost in there. Most forums don't let threads go on that long for exactly that reason.

Trump IS attempting to spy on the Mueller investigation clearly. He wants to know what they know because he's worried.

Just like Watergate.

I'm not ignoring the investigation by pointing out the president is interfering with it.

Yeah but he can just call HIS DoJ and get pretty clear answers on what they're looking into and who they're looking into. He can't get substantive answers unless he spies, but he'd also need to be pretty dumb to follow a "lead spied from the FBI". That would be Mueller's first play, run something down the drain, document it, then catch Trump meddling.

Nixon didn't have any control on who he was spying on in the same way. they dont seem all that related to me.

During the Trump years posting Ari, Joy, Lawrence and/or even Maddow is pretty much posting the equivalent of Hannity, Beck, or Oreilly and should be treated as such until the butts heal, which will not happen

I think Ari and Rachel have pretty good shows... Ari facilitates some good legal discussion and Maddow dives into a relevant topic every day. Sure, sometimes they make a mountain out of a molehill, but to compare them to Hannity is just silly. Hannity's show is just straight up propaganda, combined with constant whining about the media.
