Hello everyone, this will be an introduction guide to my league starter for 3.3.0 *Incursion.

First in foremost is a link to the Tree I will be starting, with few alterations as I level and try to optimise.

Gem Links :

2H Axe -- 6L in order of importance.

Single Target

Double Strike --> Brutality --> Melee Physical Damage --> Multistrike --> Chance to Bleed --> Ruthless

Multi/Clear

Double Strike --> Ancestral Call --> Melee Splash -- > Brutality --> Melee Physical Damage --> Multistrike

Gloves(Curses)

Blasphemy --> Punishment --> Enfeeble --> Empower

Boots(Movement)

Leap Slam --> Faster Attack --> Blood Magic --> Endurance charge on Melee Stun

Helm(Damage/Skills)

Ancestral Warchief --> Brutality | Blood Rage | Phase Run

Enfeeble/Endurance Charges for extra def. Mostly for uber/atziri/lab
Blood Rage will increase damage and create expendable frenzy charges for Phase.
Blood Magic Leap and Phase will create fast clear speed.
Since we are using RT (Resolute Technique) only real requirement for this is a high pdps 2h axe. (most likely a nice rare vaal axe until late game.)

Some end game items that would really help.

Atziri's Disfavour -- Hands down, best in slot.
Devoto's -- Movement Speed, Attack Speed, Defence, Chaos Res. What's not to love.
Steel Rings -- Best in slot here. Flat physical, Attack Speed, Res. will be best things to pick up.
Extra Curse Amulet -- Will increase variability a lot. Flat physical, Res. Life.
Spike Gloves -- Attack Speed, Flat physical, Res. Life.
Two Toned -- Best in slot for this build I think, 35 Speed and as much Res. Life as possible.
Belt -- Lots of good options here. Headhunter for best in slot.
Koam's Heart -- Best in slot for armour here. Belly or Rare life+res for cheap replacements.

Not much more to say for this build.
Fast boss kills, average/better clear speed.
Clear speed will depend on leap slam and phase.
Dump Charges. Leach. Win.
Cleave --> Sunder to level.
