It's really no wonder your breath is so bad in the morning if you don't brush at night.
I'd be willing to wager you boys have all had your fair share of cavities--I haven't had one.
Just the thought of all those food particles being gangbang orgy'd with bacteria for 7+ hours a night should be the subject of your disgust.

there are genotypes prone to cavities and there are genotypes that are highly resistant to cavities. likely depends on the quality of antimicrobial protein secretion by mucous membranes in the mouth.
