You're gonna have to look it up yourself if you're interested, and try the suggestions out of acting on ones highest option available in the present moment to the best of ones ability until one can take it no further with zero expectations or insistence of any outcome..I'm very grateful for having heard this message and gonna do the best I can to live by it cause everything said about this seems like it's working...Just gotta adapt and learn to really do it, and to want to always be the best one can be.

About timetravel, the source have quite a bit to say, but the most important thing is to be ones own self, live in the present moment and act on the formula on how to live ones life to the max. It's almost the only relevant thing to do.
