Its really difficult to tell, just wondering if the added mana from int + damage would really stack up vs a few extra casts

on lower levels for casters mana is more needed then just a few int. Mobs those low levels dies quickly anyways
i would go for second robe

they are about equal I would personally go with more mana.
if the int was 5+ int would be better but 2 int doesnt give enough to count IMO I would go with more mana int can be added by stat points

Second one is way better. You can use Earth or Fire charms with it, it has AP and also mana syphon, this should keep you going up to level 15 unless you find better higher tier robe to replace it with.
