Few hours ago I put my pc to update and shut down
since then, it has been stuck at "pc shutting down", it has not done any updates nor has it been touched by me

wanna know if I should just try pressing the on/off button, or just let it shut down and update on its own
been at least 6 hours since i pressed 'update and shut down'
ctrl+alt+delele does not work ^^

Please let me know if any1 have some suggestions - I wanna use my pc ^^

Shut it off with the button and reboot it.
