1) You must consider Twitter a public form which it's not. I know conservatives have argued it is (regarding left-wing censorship on Facebook and the likes)
2) Who the fuck can't access Trump's tweets because of this? I mean seriously every tweet he makes is plastered over every tv screen and news channel 24/7. No one is being "barred". This is pure nonsense.

i can't help but laugh at the things people try to demonize trump with.
when did twitter become the official platform to contact government officials? by this logic, any block made on any social platform would be breaking the first amendment. unless it was specifically to combat spam.(which you could debate trump did)
bottom line though, he doesn't have to listen to every comment made everywhere he is on the planet. "time and a place"
