The more the better. It's not just about having vault slots. If you are a big fisher each tier of fish has 3 different types:
mana, life and mana/life. WHen you reach lvl 10 fish thats 15 different types of fish that can drop. You also need a fishing rod so that's 16 slots. You can't fish unless you have at least one space available. So anyone rank 15-20+ has to start manually stacking fish because there's not enough space for all thte fish. This makes fishing slow and boring.

oh yes, coming from a rank 42 fisher, there definitely isn't remotely enough space for fish. At least cut off a tier every 10 ranks, instead of every 15 ranks, and not only in a well but the pond, too. That would also improve the cooking prof situation.
But generally I'd rather have more slots to also divide between good and bad fish

I think annoying is the correct word. I used to fish with 40% stacking and trash the lower tiers, and for the ones I get prof for I divided between a stack of crap fish and the good ones. Now I can't do that - I have to toss tier 1 and 2 (or not get them in a well) and all rares, and tier3-9 + rod keep my inventory completely occupied

For someone who sells fish... This isnt a problem.
I never had any space problems with the fish. I also have 6-7 chars holding rods. You can cook 500+ fish in the same stack.

we're not talking about holding fish for sale, we're talking about holding fish while fishing. At rank 38 you should have the same issues I do.

No, I dont have this problem. I just dont stack all of them. I leave 4 slots open.
When I ll get to lvl 39, Ill stack 2 other types: life tuna and mana tuna. And I remove two other slots I currently have (proabably life herrings and mana bass).
I understand its a little annoying to manually delete from time to time, but its not a big issue for me.

Ofc it would be better with more slots.

and that's the whole discussion at the moment - why make it impossible for fishers to keep all fish we get?

Imo we should only get fish that we kinda need or maybe keep it at a maximum of minus 2-3 fishtypes


Kinda like map system
T1 up to 14 (at 15+ it cease to exist)
T2 up to 19 (at 20+ it cease to exist)
T3 up to 24 (at 25+ it cease to exist)
and so on

Fishing from a well could be better fish or something else instead.
