Been looking for a pair of noise cancelling headphones the past few days.
And the contenders are Bose QC35 and Sony WH-1000XM2.
QC35 being insanely comfortable and for me the better design.
WH-1000XM2 Sony having better sound and more features.
The ANC technology seems to still be in the baby-stage. So new headphone releases seems to come with significant upgrades each generation.

Anyone know if any exciting ANC headphones in on the way? Maybe you've seen something at one of the conventions like MWC and CES.

The PXC 550 from Sennheiser seems more promising to me.

Haven't heard those so cant say much about them. However you cant really go wrong with Sennheiser. I have heard the Momentum and they have really good sound quality.

So you actually haven't tried most of these headphones? Don't seem like you are in the best position to give advice on the subject.

Anyhow I'm interested in information on upcoming products.

You realise that there are hundreds of headphones in the market? And there is more and more coming all the time. Not all of those headphones are available on local stores to try. I have tried quite many headphones and have good idea how different headphones compare.

While Bose might have best noise cancelling they lack a lot in sound quality. Sennheiser offers a lot better sound quality over Bose any day.

I'm in the EU. Getting from Massdrop would be a pain and have some expenses.
