ya i tried doing a super cheese route with rengar and it works almost 99% of the time
red --> raptors --> krugs (dont have to full clear, leaving some smaller ones remaining) and you hit level3 with full hp if you take talisman

just have bot lane ward tribush to see if enemy bot lane wards it.. and its a super fast lvl3 gank

That's not 3 camps. You won't get 3 off buff>2 small wolf>Buff. Also the crab will be dead before you get to it if the opposing jungler goes straight for it.

you should never do full clears

29*3caster

total = 295exp in 30sec
30.4%*295exp = 90exp gained per 30sec for team, when tax 1 lane
you can tax top and mid, for 180exp/30sec without harming allies

356exp gained from wolfcamp with jgl item, at lvl18, respam timer 2.5min
lets say you have 7camps*356exp/5spamimer = 500exp in 30sec when permaclear all camps

when camp mid/top you already gained 36%of the exp for your team, as if you did when full clear everything at perfect rate
just asume that you denied that many exp from the enemy as you took from your ally, makes you sit at 72%

so if you clear jgl at a 28%effective rate, and you camp lanes good, you already outperform the enemy powerfreak clearspeed carry troll jgl

but you do hit lvl3 off what i just said

ask doublelift, nn upgrade tier1 jgl item
therefore you start the mana jgl item, to fck up your eurly game and to benefit from mushroom mana regen
since the echo-jgl item will fck up your cdr-caps-buildplan

as a Teemo,
Teemo is not realy a aa-adc-marksman or bruiser
other champs can do that better, like Heimerdonk-bruiser
Liandry+cdr rune-rework, not leave a lot of space for bruiser-Teemo

Teemo's kit,
toxic shot is more for farming/last hitting
blind is more of a nuke, lanebully
move-quick is one of your best skills, since its to boost shroom-spreading/safty

what Teemo makes Teemo, is his mushroom
don't build autoattack-foccus boosting gears like attack speed


its not realy reliable anymore to build aa-Teemo or tank-Teemo, and only use shrooms to back up, you want a shroom foccus

i do buff -> scuttle -> gank? -> scuttle -> buff
