I'm kinda lost why is this helm good? I really dont know. Is it because of the 2s and 99 bonus attack? Someone who is not rude please explain

Honestly, not sure.. the 2s + ethereal with durability modifier helps.. Seems like a very specific need if a need is even required for this item.. Other options seem better. But yeah it's a one of a kind so trophy? EDIT: Never go vegan, eat animals.

West zealots have specific builds that use high def Eth Rep visionary helms. This is the best one available on west atm and probably will be the best one for good. As for the question as to what makes it good, the 199% ed is 1 from perfect, it has perfect 40 life, 2 socket with Eth self repair and of course the visionary mod(1% ar per level). Then there’s the imported 30/60/9/9 jewels that just makes it sexier.

As for a rate, 10/10 for being #1. There’s a 200 ed but iirc it had +1 to life literally.
