and is speccy and ccleaner ok to dl now?

Well I was told that the benchmark gives you an idea of what to expect and how it would work in game

And I should be getting at the very least twice as much fps if not 3 times as much in league of legends and the fact that the whole computer is sluggish kinda helps justify that the benchmark was at least a little foreboding

Anyway also says in bios that my memory capacity is at 16384 mb when it's supposed to be 8192 but idk what that means tbh and idk how or if I can do anything to fix it

The amount of RAM is supposed to be 16384MB, or 16GB. At least according to the build you posted. 8192MB is only 8GB.

Gpu I don't even think my mobo has a dp or hdmi connection

are you only having 2 cores work?

Idk says 6 cores, 12 threads in bios but then again it also says rams at 3200 mhz so Idk wat to believe
Will try to have more details when I get home and Ghot told me to dl aida64 so I'll try that too

/e should add that mobo is not brand new as it didn't have the plastic on the socket but I think it was supposed to be updated so it would be compatible with the apus
