I can give some models and guidelines as to writing a reflection paper (I have a minor in coaching and motivational interviewing), but to be completely honest. You're a complete tool and completely miss the point of a reflective paper if you have it rewritten by someone else. You'd be better off with a bad grade and proper feedback than a good grade having learnt absolutely nothing.
Also, someone else doesn't know what you're reflecting about. It's going to appear very fake if someone else writes it for you, no matter how perfectly written it would be.
You used the word learnt, you do not qualify.
