I just started playing WOW for first time in my life,

I want to go to a populated server so I can buy my crafting supplies from ah beyond light leather and boost up my leather crafting, but also want to know if will be filled with alliance competents fucking me cuz im a noob in hillbrand/ all instances always full/ always waiting for spawning cuz so many people?

tl/dr does wow have problems with overpopulation on the heavy servers...

also another question, what are the most populated servers I should go to?

I am and always will be Horde.

This pretty much sums it up keep in mind the things sold on the ah on a high pop server more times then not sell for less. Something don’t to my surprise. But I know for a fact herbs and leather sells for less on my high pop server then my med pop server

High pop is still > anything else.

I know they've done mergers but it just isn't the same.

I'm on Bleeding Hollow for Horde, Proudmoore for Alliance, and Thrall for a 3rd AH to flip.

A populated major city makes or breaks this game.

Realms definitely matter

~If you ever wanna do mythic raids within a nice time Limit
~You plan on playing the auction house for gold
~You Don't wanna feel like you are the only one on your server in cities / chat

I’m gonna start for the first time since it’s original release where I played for a few weeks. Scouting the inter webs for advice as well.

With the new expansion coming out in the next few months, you may want to consider how heavily you will want to play when it drops. If you want to play more when it has initial drop you may want to choose a mid pop realm. High pop realms when expansion drops are not the funnest to try and get into.

When you say flip on a diff server, is that for money, or is there a way to get that gold back to your server somehow
